Job summary

gpac is seeking a Marketing Manager for a construction-focused role in Houston, TX. In-office position to lead marketing, branding, and business development, collaborating with leadership and operations to showcase the company, its people, and its projects.

Qualifications

• Construction/AEC marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and marketing materials.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Social media, digital marketing, and content creation familiarity.
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing, branding, and overall messaging for the company.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, project highlights, and collateral.
• Assist with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and qualifications packages.
• Manage social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
• Support business development and client outreach efforts.
• Coordinate project photography, events, sponsorships, and initiatives.
• Strengthen the company presence in the Houston market.
