Job summary

Aldridge is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee profit, loss and field production for our utility division in Ohio. You will lead project teams, manage execution, and ensure contracts are delivered on time and within budget.

Travel is required and collaboration with field and project managers is essential as you implement the company's strategic plan, promote safety, and drive project completion across our Ohio operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the construction market.
• Technical background with engineering or field experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
• Willing to travel.

What We Offer

The annual base pay for this role is between $100,000 – $160,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for vehicle allowance and bonus.
