SOLV Energy's SDI Services unit seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead quality programs across utility-scale solar construction projects. You will drive compliance with SDI standards, owner requirements, and industry regulations, coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership to deliver high-quality performance.
Responsibilities include reviewing QC plans, mentoring the quality team, performing inspections and tests, analyzing defects, and reporting KPIs to leadership.

The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, construction quality knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
