BrandSafway is seeking a Construction Manager to lead scaffolding and access projects, bridging Sales, Field Operations, and Customers to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. The role requires coordinating staffing, scheduling, and site performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience, preferably in scaffolding, industrial services, access solutions, or related construction operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, crews, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Experience managing scaffold erection, dismantling, and modification projects.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, estimating, labor management, and productivity tracking.
• Experience working directly with customers in a project management or operations leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Champion BrandSafway's commitment to a zero-incident safety culture.
• Ensure crews comply with OSHA requirements and customer site safety policies.
• Lead project handoff meetings with Sales to understand customer expectations and site requirements.
• Develop execution strategies for safe scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling.
• Coordinate resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
