Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Construction Manager in Orlando, FL, to lead scaffolding and access projects with a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Field Operations, and customers, overseeing planning, staffing, and execution, and ensuring profitability while maintaining high safety standards. Requires 5+ years in construction and travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Champion BrandSafway's zero-incident safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Project Planning & Execution: Lead handoff meetings, develop execution strategies, and coordinate resources to meet schedule and budget.
• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as primary PM contact and build relationships with refinery, industrial, commercial and construction customers.
• Financial Performance & Cost Control: Monitor profitability, identify productivity improvements, and support accurate invoicing and change orders.
• Equipment & Material Coordination: Oversee scaffold equipment usage, inventory, and timely documentation.
