Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Construction Manager to lead diverse projects in Amarillo, TX. This role involves coordinating superintendents and technicians, selecting and directing subcontractors, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will participate in proposals, estimates, and schedules, while supporting sales and client communication. The successful candidate will have proven CM experience, strong leadership, and hands-on skill in project controls and documentation systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and sign off on proposals and specifications.

• Coordinate with program managers, sales, and Tremco teams.
• Oversee subcontractor management and site coordination.
• Maintain and review project documentation using ebuilder.
