CBH Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee new home construction in the Boise, Idaho area. You will manage subcontractors, ensure quality, and drive project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supervisory roles within homebuilding, strong trade knowledge, and a proven ability to build durable partner relationships. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

• Minimum 3 years+ experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, Foreman, or equivalent supervisory role in New Home Construction.
• Thorough knowledge of all trades involved in homebuilding.
• Ability to build strong relationships with trade partners and work with subcontractors.
