Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a Construction Manager (Central Region) to plan, coordinate, and deliver new store construction, remodels, relocations, and capital improvements across the Central Region.

You will partner with Real Estate, Design, Facilities, Operations, Finance, landlords, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and compliant with company standards. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of construction management experience on commercial/retail/restaurant projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans.
• Experience managing multiple teams and coordinating contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction planning activities from handoff through turnover to Operations.
• Direct and coordinate contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure progress.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality, addressing delays and risks.
• Lead project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation.
• Ensure work complies with building codes and safety requirements.
