Job summary

Tremco Roofing is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all project phases from pre-bid through close-out. You will coordinate with superintendents and technicians, select and manage subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while supporting sales and customer management for Tremco Roofing and WTIs projects.

You will sign off on proposals, monitor estimates and schedules, track key metrics, and lead communication across program managers, sales, and field resources.

Qualifications

• Experience with project cost control and scheduling.
• Familiarity with construction management processes.
