Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Construction Manager I–III to lead our site crews on broadband infrastructure projects in Madison, Wisconsin. You will oversee daily field activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and coordinate with the project team to meet budget targets.

Candidates should have strong leadership, read blueprints, manage crews, and enforce company policies. The role requires travel to job sites and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proven ability to manage construction crews safely and on schedule.
• Experience in aerial/underground construction.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of assigned construction crews.
• Evaluate direct reports' performance and develop their skills.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Administer corrective actions and documentation.
• Train Foremen.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on scheduling and material ordering.
• Work with customers on site coordination and planning.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Approve daily production reports and As-Builts.
• Perform interviews and hiring for field crews.
