Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, procurement, site supervision, and risk management while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires leadership and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in construction project management (X years), preferably within the specific industry/sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, OSHA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with organizational goals and resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors/vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services.
• Oversee all construction activities including site prep, building erection, utilities installation, and finishing works.
• Monitor progress and address deviations from established plans.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance.
• Implement risk management to mitigate hazards and disruptions.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures; track costs throughout the lifecycle.
• Review and approve contractor invoices, change orders, and payments.
• Provide leadership to construction teams and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
