Job summary

APSI is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (CM) with 5 to 7 years of CM experience, preferably govt/industrial, NOT residential. PM software experience (Procore). Meeting minutes, agendas, tracking RFIs and Submittals.

Field activity oversight and documentation. A 168,000-sf facility currently ½ occupied; the project will fit-out the empty half, then upgrade/modernize the second half with late-spring 2027 site work.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of CM experience, preferably govt/industrial.
• Procore project management software experience required.
• Experience with minutes, agendas, RFIs and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project’s primary Construction Manager and provide proactive management to ensure safety and contract compliance.
• Develop understanding of contract documents and user goals; monitor, coordinate, and oversee construction work for the Owner.
• Coordinate submittal reviews, schedule maintenance, meetings, and progress tracking with stakeholders.
• Assist in issue resolution, maintain records, and ensure project milestones are met.
