Casa Fresca Homes in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Construction Manager II to oversee on-site construction of assigned homes, coordinating schedules, supervising field personnel, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
You will serve as the primary customer contact from plan review through final walk-through, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with Sales, Purchasing and Closing teams to deliver quality homes and a satisfying customer experience.

The Construction Manager II is responsible for overseeing the construction of assigned homes and operating under the regular supervision of the Area Construction Manager. This includes the daily coordination of all on‑site activities of the construction schedule, supervising all field personnel to successfully complete homes on schedule and within budget, and maintaining the highest quality while driving good construction practices and safety. From plan review through final walk‑through, the Construction Manager II is the customer’s primary point of contact and responsible for delivering on the company mission to the customer during the construction process.
