Qualifications
5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred).
Experience with large commercial/industrial projects.
Ability to travel ~30%.
Responsibilities
Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build‑out.
Manage day‑to‑day field operations, subcontractors, and safety.
Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards.
