GFT is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Construction Services Team in New York, NY. Responsible for overseeing school construction projects, you will ensure quality and compliance across all phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical specialist in construction and design-related fields.
• Valid driver's license in New York State.
• Experience in new, rehabilitation and modernization construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure preparation of project schedules.
• Monitor schedules to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Interface with contractors and clients on project issues.
• Resolve issues raised in field reports by architects and management.
• Make on-site decisions based on independent judgment.
