B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project in Utah.

The role requires leading field crews, coordinating with inspectors, and collaborating with project owners to deliver high-impact infrastructure work. You will travel extensively along project corridors (Panguitch/US-89 region), read engineering drawings, and use Bluebeam and MS Office to manage submittals and RFIs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in underground utility or conduit installation projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, RFIs, and submittals.
• Willingness to commit to 100% heavy travel along Panguitch/US-89 corridor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead crews and coordinate with project owners.
