B.H. Inc. (BHI) seeks an experienced Construction Field Superintendent to lead site operations for the Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project in Utah. The role offers a salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 per year, with per diem to support project travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Travel is 100% along the Panguitch/US-89 corridor. You will supervise field crews, ensure safety, and collaborate with division leads to deliver high-impact utility infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Underground utility installation and HDD experience.
• Proven track record leading field crews and coordinating subs.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings; proficient in Bluebeam and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Underground Utility Expertise: Solid background in underground utility installation, heavy equipment operations, and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing field crews, driving job-site safety, and coordinating subcontractors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency reading blueprints and drawings, with working knowledge of Bluebeam and MS Office.
• Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel 100% of the time along the project corridor (Panguitch/US-89 region).
