• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant project delivery experience across complex, mission-critical facilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Act as the contractor and owner’s representative through all project phases, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to drive project success.
• Oversee construction administration, monitor progress, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with design, codes, and owner requirements.
• Provide regular updates, develop owner-facing reports, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development efforts, proposals, and leverage digital and AI tools to improve project efficiency.

About The Role
