E&A Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Construction Manager for our Omaha office. The role focuses on construction administration, client and team collaboration, and successful project execution in civil infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ experience with Construction Observation/Management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting, quality control, and compliance with specifications on civil infrastructure projects.
• Mentor and train team members and participate in performance feedback for progression to supervision.
• Review Working Day Reports and Daily Diaries for consistency and quality across projects.
• Provide guidance on field challenges and support decision-making in complex situations.
• Collaborate with engineers and site staff to address challenges and align with project goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including reviewing timesheets and time allocation.
• Demonstrate excellent safety practices on project sites.
