Job summary

E & A Consulting Group, Inc. in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced Transportation/Civil Project Engineer to design roadway projects and mentor junior engineers. This full-time onsite role focuses on producing detailed design plans, specifications for urban and rural roadways, and collaborating with clients and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, P.E. licensure, and proficiency with MicroStation and related software, plus experience with hydrologic/hydraulic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET/EAC-accredited or equivalent).
• P.E. licensure preferred or registered Professional Civil Engineer.
• Six+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience with roadway design and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop design plans and specs for urban and rural roadways and related facilities.
• Prepare plans and design documents under project manager supervision.
• Coordinate with authorities to define design criteria and constraints.
