Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee transmission lines, substations, and related electrical infrastructure in New York. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating field teams and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and client standards.

The role requires 7+ years in utility construction, 4+ years in management, and the ability to interpret drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in utility, electrical, transmission, or substation construction.
• 4+ years in construction management or supervision.
• Experience managing transmission and/or substation projects.
• Knowledge of utility construction practices, electrical systems, OSHA requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
