Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks a seasoned Construction Program Manager to oversee the build-out of transmission lines, substations, and related electrical infrastructure. You will ensure projects run safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet client and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include managing programs from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating engineering, procurement, clients, subcontractors, and field teams, and monitoring schedules, budgets, and risks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of utility, electrical, transmission, or substation construction experience.
• 4+ years of construction management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing transmission and/or substation projects.
• Knowledge of utility construction practices, electrical systems, and OSHA requirements.
