Hargrove is seeking a construction professional to interface with designers and field personnel to ensure installations align with engineered designs. This role supports two ongoing projects at the site and facilitates issue resolution throughout the install phase.
The ideal candidate will lead a small team, enforce project controls and company standards, and maintain strong client relationships while prioritizing safety and quality in all activities.
Job Summary: Looking for someone to interface with the designers and field-based individuals. This position would make sure that work that is being installed correctly based on the designs that have been created. If opportunities or issues come up during the install, this position would provide help with how these issues are being addressed, etc. This position would be supporting 2 ongoing projects at the site.

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field from an accredited university is highly preferred.
General Contractors License is highly preferred.
This position requires a minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management or project related experience.
