We are seeking a highly accomplished Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex capital projects that support the continued expansion of our Specialty and Emergency Hospital portfolio across the United States and Canada.
This strategic role is responsible for driving the successful construction and occupancy of large-scale specialty animal healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience delivering complex construction projects, with demonstrated expertise managing capital programs frequently exceeding $20 million.This individual is a strategic thinker with exceptional and proven estimating and risk management capabilities, able to navigate technical complexities while maintaining a relentless focus on project outcomes, cost control, schedule certainty and operational readiness. The position will involve 50% travel in the United States and Canada.

FLSA Classification: Exempt
The base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$130,000 annually. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
