Noveon Magnetics is building and scaling first‑of‑a‑kind (FOAK) rare earth magnet manufacturing facilities in the US and abroad. This Construction Manager role is Noveon's senior field leader and single point of accountability for what actually gets built.
This role owns day-to-day execution from site mobilization through civil, structural, building MEP, process utilities,equipment installation and hook‑up, mechanical completion, and turnover to commissioning and ramp. It is a hands‑on, boots‑on‑the‑ground role backed by real authority to direct general contractors, self‑perform and specialty trades, OEM installation crews, and integrators.
We are seeking someone to bring their previous expertise in engineering and project management to bear as they lead expansion of Noveon’s existing facilities, while coordinating and leading construction of new facilities as we grow our footprint. This will require a strong safety track record, a strong project management mindset while executing across multiple vendors, experience working with volatile compounds, deep knowledge of engineering and related deliverables, and proficient communication skills across diverse audiences.
