Shannon Construction Company is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead regional commercial construction projects from initial award through final execution.

The role welcomes experienced Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers ready to grow into a full Project Manager role, serving as a key client liaison while coordinating with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management or Civil Engineering).
• Experience with Procore Project Management software or equivalent.
• Established client/subcontractor relationships within the Pittsburgh area preferred.
• Healthcare or industrial commercial construction market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project communications and client presentations.
• Manage project activities to ensure scope, schedules, quality, and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, designers, and internal team members.
• Negotiate and award subcontractor and supplier contracts.
