Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to standardize and implement processes, oversee field operations, and lead startup meetings. You’ll travel to field offices, train staff, monitor performance, and report outcomes to management.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree or 5 years of related experience, supervisory background, and strong project-management skills. Proficiency with data analysis and office software is expected; you must be authorized to work in the

Our Construction Manager shall assist in the standardization and implementation of processes as well as assist with Operational Startup meetings. Other key responsibilities include traveling to field offices, performing operational training, monitoring operational performance, and reporting any process successes or failures to management. To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of the telecommunication or general construction industry; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment/software; familiarity with telecommunications construction operations is a plus; candidates should have the ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
