H-S International is hiring an experienced Construction Manager to lead field execution on utility-scale solar projects. This role oversees mobilization through commissioning on onsite sites across the Northeast region.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Construction Manager experience on solar projects, strong scheduling and field leadership, and the ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Construction Manager on utility-scale solar projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple construction trades.
• Utility-scale solar, renewable energy, power generation, or heavy civil construction experience.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, and field leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution on large-scale solar projects from mobilization through commissioning.

A rapidly growing utility-scale Solar EPC is hiring an experienced Construction Manager to lead field execution on large-scale solar projects from mobilization through commissioning.

Compensation

We're looking for professionals with:

• 2+ years as a Construction Manager on utility-scale solar projects
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple construction trades
• Utility-scale solar, renewable energy, power generation, or heavy civil construction experience
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, and field leadership skills

Preferred:

• EPC experience
• HV/MV electrical or substation knowledge
• BESS experience
• Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
