As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of project success, including ensuring technical performance of a project and monitoring field activities of contractors, reports on progress of the work, and assist in identification and verification of any required remediation activities for non-conforming work. You’ll be responsible for construction safety and notifying the Contractor’s supervision of any observed unsafe practices or conditions. You’ll review look-ahead schedules with contractor’s staff, PM and others to determine upcoming work activities, testing/inspection requirements, equipment needs, coordination requirements, etc. You’ll manage construction through completion (Closeout) in accordance with program contract and Owner’s policies, lead the program manager’s efforts in field quality, including punch list, commissioning, and warranty processes.
You’ll manage project team members, provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related issues, play an integral role in mentoring staff, form long-term relationships with clients, contribute to program strategy development, and support program leadership.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $125,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
