Waymaker Resource Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with field supervision, subcontractors, project management, and engineering teams.

You will review drawings and plans, lead diverse crews, and support execution across all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Formación

• Experience managing construction projects, field operations, or large-scale construction activities.
• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee daily construction activities and coordinate resources to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established schedules and quality standards. This role works closely with field supervision, subcontractors, project management, and engineering teams to support execution, resolve challenges, and maintain progress throughout all phases of construction.
