Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a construction project manager to oversee civil/site development projects from start to finish, combining field inspection with project administration. You will coordinate with developers, owners, engineers, contractors and regulatory agencies to ensure work aligns with plans and standards.

The role emphasizes reviewing plans and schedules, managing change orders, and tracking costs, with frequent on-site inspections and documentation to support project

Qualifications

• Experience managing civil/site-development/infrastructure projects.

• Experienced with change orders, pay applications and project docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil construction projects from commencement through completion.
• Provide construction management and inspection services.
• Conduct regular job-site inspections and document construction progress.
• Confirm completed work conforms to approved plans, specs and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, developers, owners, engineers and government agencies.
• Review contractor schedules, progress and project documentation.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Review contractor pay applications and project quantities for accuracy.
• Monitor project costs, schedules and overall progress.
• Attend construction meetings and communicate project status.
• Prepare field reports, inspection documentation and other project records.
• Help resolve field/design conflicts and coordinate with the engineering/design team.
• Ensure construction activities comply with applicable local, state and project requirements.
• Assist with project closeout and final acceptance.
