Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee civil/site-development projects in Ohio and ensure work aligns with approved plans and standards. You will coordinate with contractors, owners, engineers, and government agencies to drive project progress from start to finish.

You will review plans, monitor schedules and costs, manage change orders, and document field activities to support successful project closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil/site development project management experience.
• Experience reviewing plans, specs and construction documents.
• Experience coordinating with municipalities, developers and contractors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare field reports, inspection documentation and other project records.
• Help resolve field/design conflicts and coordinate with the engineering/design team.
• Ensure construction activities comply with applicable local, state and project requirements.
• Assist with project closeout and final acceptance.

Experience

• Construction management experience on civil/site-development/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with construction inspection and contractor coordination.
• Experience reviewing plans, specifications and construction documents.
• Experience with change orders, pay applications and project documentation.
• Experience working with municipalities, developers and contractors is valuable.
