Brightpath Associates LLC in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead civil/site-development projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee civil construction projects from commencement through completion.
  • Provide construction management and inspection services.
  • Conduct regular job-site inspections and document construction progress.
  • Confirm completed work conforms to approved plans, specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, developers, owners, engineers and government agencies.
  • Review contractor schedules, progress and project documentation.
  • Identify construction issues and coordinate resolutions.
  • Review contractor pay applications and project quantities for accuracy.
  • Monitor project costs, schedules and overall progress.
  • Attend construction meetings and communicate project status.
  • Prepare field reports, inspection documentation and other records.
  • Help resolve field/design conflicts and coordinate with the engineering/design team.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with applicable local, state and project requirements.
  • Assist with project closeout and final acceptance.
