Job summary

Imagination Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to drive homebuilding projects from blueprint to handoff. You will oversee all construction phases, manage subcontractors, and maintain schedules and budgets, ensuring every home meets our quality standards.

You will collaborate with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams to provide updates and maintain a positive customer experience. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Construction Management experience for a production homebuilder.
• Proven knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and trade management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on, detail-driven approach and the ability to hold partners accountable for quality and safety standards.
• Computer literacy and comfort with construction management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials, scheduling, budgets, and variance reports to keep every project running smoothly.
• Lead by example: coaching trade partners, mentoring team members, and maintaining a strong, solution-oriented jobsite culture.
