Job summary

Imagination Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to drive the delivery of high-quality homes. You will oversee all phases of construction, coordinate subcontractors, and communicate with homebuyers to maintain a positive experience.

Lead by example with a hands-on, detail-driven approach while ensuring safety standards and budgets are met, collaborating across teams for a seamless homebuilding process.

• Proven knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and trade management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A hands-on, detail-driven approach and the ability to hold partners accountable for quality and safety standards.
• Computer literacy and comfort with construction management systems.
• Integrity, urgency, and professionalism in every interaction with homeowners, trades, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of home construction, ensuring each home meets quality standards and is delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Communicate regularly with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams to provide updates and set expectations.
• Review blueprints, construction documents, and job scopes to resolve issues and support trade partners effectively.
• Manage materials, scheduling, budgets, and variance reports to keep projects running smoothly.
• Lead by example: coaching trade partners, mentoring team members, and maintaining a strong, solution-oriented jobsite culture.
