Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a Construction Manager to partner with Regional Senior Management to determine project ways, means, methods and staffing, and to model the project on paper for the most cost-effective execution while incorporating SQP. You’ll manage high-level client relationships through professional conduct.

You’ll plan, define the execution of work, direct staff, promote client and industry relations, ensure a safe work environment, and participate in training and certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 15 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform on progressively more complex projects
