SERVPRO® of Newtown/Yardley/New Hope/Levittown & North East Chester County is seeking a Construction Manager to lead restoration projects, supervise crews, and ensure high-quality workmanship for commercial and residential jobs.

You will manage customer expectations, develop accurate estimates, coordinate subcontractors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards. The role offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• PMP certification preferred for project leadership.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction is required.
• Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software preferred.

SERVPRO® of Newtown/Yardley/New Hope/Levittown & North East Chester County is hiring a Construction Manager!

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience
• Educate customer on the construction process
• Work with customers to understand desired upgrades/changes
• Ensure that estimates meet client requirements
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
• Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for construction projects
• Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate
• Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgrades
• Identify and document finalized project scope of work
• Work with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimate (i.e., Structural Engineers, ITEL, Electrical Inspectors, etc.)
• Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates
• Compile and resolve punch list items
• Perform final walk-through with customer
• Secure a signed Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer
• Manage all warranty activities
• Evaluate and sell projects
• Educate customers on construction process
• Identify and document project scope of work
• Create and Review estimates
• Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
• Review budgets
• Ensure proper permits are acquired
• Create project schedule and timeline
• Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
• Negotiate terms and set expectations
• Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• 2 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Advanced math skills
• Proficient use of Xactimate™ estimating software strongly preferred
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team Player
• Must have good driving record
• Experience in restoration and/or construction required

• Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat

Competitive Pay starts at $50k base salary with strong commission and bonus earning potential
