Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee Akron projects. You will lead planning, budgeting, and execution with architects, engineers, contractors and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in construction management (master's preferred), at least 5 years of PM experience in commercial or residential projects, strong knowledge of codes and safety standards, and proven leadership and communication skills.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Akron. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and meets all quality standards.

• Oversee the bidding process for contractors and subcontractors.
• Review and approve construction plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements.
• Monitor progress of the project and make necessary adjustments to keep it on track.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other vendors.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any concerns or challenges.

Requirements

Salary: $1300 per month, negotiable based on experience.

Location: Akron, Ohio. Preference for Indian candidates.
