Carmichael UK is seeking a Construction Manager for a civil engineering project in Didcot, Oxfordshire. You will work closely with the Project Manager to support day-to-day management and delivery, ensuring work is safe, organized and on programme.

Ideal candidates will have a strong civil/construction background, experience managing subcontractors and site teams, and excellent leadership and communication skills for on-site delivery and coordination with the wider project team.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Strong construction/civils background
• Previous Construction or Site Management experience
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Tier 1 contractor experience beneficial
