Job summary

Stafford Consulting is seeking experienced adult-learning instructors to deliver instructor-led training to USACE personnel and external users as the RMS is replaced by CMP. Instructors will train on engineering, construction, project management, and support staff to navigate the CMP and apply it in their roles.

Training will cover CMP navigation, data entry, reporting, and best practices in both in-person (3-day sessions) and virtual formats, with travel to USACE locations.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications to facilitate adult learning (e.g., CPTM/CPTD) and a minimum of 3 years of experience delivering training.
• OR a minimum of 5 years of experience in adult training facilitation with documented evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CMP user training covering system navigation, data entry, reporting functions, and best practices, in person and via Microsoft Teams.
• Complete Train-the-Trainer training (up to 40 hours) and participate in USACE contextual training.
• Teach from facilitator guides and update content as needed to ensure clarity.
• Facilitate exercises, simulations, and case studies; meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Complete pre-training checks and manage attendance records; provide weekly feedback and participate in quality meetings.
