CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for our Federal Government client’s customized Construction Management System, replacing the legacy platform. Training sessions will be conducted virtually and in person across multiple locations.

You will guide personnel, project managers, engineering and construction staff, ensuring they gain the knowledge to use the new system, support change management, track attendance, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom settings.
• Follow approved lesson plans and materials.
• Answer questions and guide participants during training.
• Maintain engagement and manage the classroom environment.
• Collaborate with Training and Program Managers on schedules.
• Track attendance and completion metrics.
• Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Represent the training team with government and external stakeholders.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
