Job summary

ASR International Corporation seeks an experienced Construction Manager Representative (CMR) for on-site management at the Tuolumne Meadows Wastewater Treatment Plant in Yosemite National Park. This long-term assignment supports a federal project, requiring rigorous documentation, safety, and contract compliance through close collaboration with NPS staff.

The role demands a bachelor’s degree in an ABET‑accredited program, 5+ years of field experience, OSHA 30 and CQM‑C certifications, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related field from ABET-accredited program.
• US Citizenship or Green Card with 3 of last 5 years in US; pass Public Trust background check.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management/engineering with on-site observation, coordination, documentation, and contract compliance.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety and CQM‑C certifications are required.
• Valid US driver’s license; ability to travel on unimproved roads; capable of independent work in remote, high-elevation environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time on-site construction observation and documentation during active seasons (mid‑May to mid‑November).
• Perform part-time remote support during inactive periods.
• Coordinate inspections, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and progress meetings; maintain project records in ProjectTeam software.
• Monitor safety; report accidents; assist with IGEs, TIAs, and recovery schedules.
• Communicate technical concerns only to designated NPS COR or government representatives; adhere to limitations of authority.
