Qualifications

Basic understanding of construction documents and project scheduling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Computer savvy & familiar with construction management software.
Responsibilities
Assist project managers with project documentation and coordination.
Support schedule tracking and updates.
Help monitor construction progress and field reports.
Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change order tracking.
Participate in site visits and progress meetings.
Support budget tracking and cost control.
Maintain organized project records and reports.
Assist with communication between project teams and subcontractors.
Assist in data migration to new project management software.
