Qualifications

• Must have a background in construction (Education/experience).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and leading renovation projects.
• Prepare proposals/drawings, execute material takeoffs, and prepare cost estimates.
• Support ongoing communication with clients during the project.
• Aid in file management, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Participate in daily/weekly project management meetings.
