Job summary

Arden Engineering Constructors, LLC is seeking a college student intern to learn and grow within our construction management team. You will work closely with project managers and estimators, gaining valuable experience across the construction process in Pawtucket, RI, with opportunities to engage with stakeholders and union tradespeople.

You will process documentation in Procore and Smart Sheets, assemble submittals, RFIs, maintenance manuals, and project schedules while supporting bid

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a college degree program (engineering, construction management or related field) with junior standing.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in pursuing a career in construction/project management.

Responsibilities

• Process documentation in Procore and Smart Sheets.
• Assemble submittals and RFIs.
• Assemble Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
• Perform job-site visits.
• Obtain and process plans and specs for new bids.
• Invite vendors/sub-contractors to view bid documents.
• Process quotes and paperwork for bids.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Provide miscellaneous duties as required by Estimating & Construction departments.
