Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with scheduling, material procurement tracking, and project documentation.
• Help develop cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Learn to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Use Procore and Bluebeam for scheduling, budgeting, and tracking.
• Attend site visits and support field crews.
