Job summary

You will develop curriculum aligned with industry standards, facilitate project-based activities, and assess student progress while maintaining records and utilizing LMS tools to support learning.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related technical field; 5–7 years’ industry experience or General Contractor license with 10–12 years’ experience.
• OSHA 30 General Construction Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in construction management and related technical subjects.
• Develop and update curriculum aligned with industry needs and student outcomes.
• Facilitate hands-on activities and project-based learning.
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain attendance, grading, and records per college policy.
• Mentor and advise students on career pathways in construction.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance student success.
• Foster relationships with industry partners for internships.
