The ideal candidate will have industry experience, provide project‑based learning, and collaborate with college services to support student success. OSHA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Architecture/Construction with 5–7 years of industry experience or licensure with 10–12 years in construction.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred for advancing instructional responsibilities.
• OSHA 30 General Construction Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality instruction in construction management and related technical subjects.
• Develop and update curriculum aligned with industry standards and outcomes.
• Facilitate hands‑on activities, projects, and practical exercises.
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and records.
• Utilize LMS and instructional technologies to support learning.
• Create an inclusive learning environment and mentor students on career pathways.
• Collaborate with departments, services, and industry partners to enhance success.
• Promote safety standards and participate in college initiatives.
