Job summary

The role requires teaching across CAD topics with emphasis on practical and theoretical foundations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge, and engaging students in thoughtful, culturally aware learning

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or certification in CAD or related Construction field.
• Thorough knowledge of latest CAD trends.
• Ability to interpret, evaluate and teach both theory-based and hands-on concepts.
• Related professional experience or appropriate licensure in CAD or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student mastery of learning outcomes using relevant scholarly and professional tools.
• Actively engage students in critical thinking and communication skills.
• Infuse multicultural perspectives into instruction and respect diverse differences.
• Model open-minded inquiry, diverse perspectives, and creative problem-solving.
• Maintain currency in academic discipline and pedagogy.
• Complete all required institutional and professional training.
• Deliver instruction, assess and report student learning, assign grades, and communicate with students.
• Adhere to instructional timelines and use college instructional technology.
• Use only an FCC email account for College business.
