Job summary

Tag Conservation is seeking a Construction/Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of skilled duties in building trades for upkeep and repairs across sites.

The role involves tasks such as carpentry, painting, minor electrical, plumbing, and related maintenance activities, with a requirement to travel between different buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in building trades and general maintenance.
• Proficient in carpentry, painting, and minor electrical work.
• Wamiliar with basic maintenance tasks and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, repair and construction tasks for building upkeep.
• Participate in basic trades such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, carpet, and mechanics as needed.
• Contribute to installation and maintenance of roofs, furniture, fences, and various structures.
• Prep and refinish walls and woodwork; install or repair carpet; perform custodial duties as required.
• Willingness to travel between buildings as needed.

Construction/Maintenance Worker

Job Description:

Performs variety of skilled duties in a building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining, repairing the building.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists and performs semiskilled tasks of a general nature in connection with maintenance, repair and construction tasks in the upkeep of the Cbuilding
• Assists and performs with installation, maintenance, repair and construction work in the basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, carpet, and mechanics
• Assists and performs functions in the construction, installation and maintenance of roofs, furniture, fences, cabinets, shelving, marker boards/chalkboards, tack boards and a variety of other structures and items
• Prepares and paints walls and woodwork or performs other types of refinish; installs or repairs carpet; performs custodial duties as required
• Must be willing to travel to different buildings
